A powered platform cart that carries loads up to 2,000 lb on a deck built to your job. Beds, shelves, racks, side rails and scissor lifts can all be fitted before it ships.
Our PartsCaddy® power carts comes standard with a 36-volt system, 3 12-volt batteries, designed to give the operator 16-hours of continuous use, without moving a load, before recharging. Plenty of battery life to usually last two shifts.
The cart has an electric variable speed twist grip for forward and reverse directions from 0 to 3 mph. The ergonomically correct variable speed feature prevents carpal tunnel and allows the operator to maintain smooth control while intricately maneuvering his load. The PartsCaddy® power carts ability to go 3 mph allows the machine to keep up with the operator without frustration from waiting for a slowly operating machine when operating the unit from point A to B through-out your facility.
The safety stop switch positioned at the back of the handle bar box immediately stops the machine when depressed to prevent any possible injury from operating the device. This feature is a must when buying any piece of equipment.
Every DJ Products unit is built to order for the load it has to move, so the right drive package, attachment and battery depend on your application. Tell us the weight, the surface and the incline and we will quote the correct build.

Rated capacities are estimates. Real performance changes with the surface, the load, the wheels on the load and the incline, so a DJ Products sales engineer confirms the unit and the power package for your site before it is built.
The PartsCaddy electric platform cart is a walk behind, self-propelled cart designed to carry heavy material and equipment from one location to another without having the task of manually pushing the cart. The unit contains its own power to carry up to 3000 lbs over carpeting, through snow and ice, and up inclines. Our Power Cart come with 3 12 volt batteries, giving it plenty of run time to last an entire shift. The standard bed size is 27' x 48" and can customized to any size to fit your application. The variable speed twist grips allows the operator to travel at speeds of 0-3 mph forward or backwards.
These motorized push carts push electric carts can be used in multiple environments, from moving linen carts throughout a hotel, to moving material carts off a dock at a marina, to distributing the company coffee machine around the plant.
These options are built onto the PartsCaddy at the factory. Pick the ones you want above and they are included in your quote.
Need something that is not on this list. DJ Products builds custom attachments, beds and shelving in house, so send us a photo of what you move and we will price it.
The PartsCaddy is built to order, so it is not a stock item. DJ Products asks you to allow 3 to 6 weeks for production, then transit time on top of that depending on how far you are from their Minnesota plant.
Custom attachments, custom decks and special paint can add to that window. Your written quote carries the build time we can commit to for your unit.
Units ship by freight carrier to the 48 contiguous states. Alaska and Hawaii cost extra. Machines are crated and most sites need a dock or a forklift to receive them, so tell us if you have neither and we will price the delivery accordingly.
DJ Products gives a limited warranty covering defects in material and workmanship from the date of delivery. They repair or replace anything that proves defective inside the warranty period.
The warranty does not cover carrier damage, accident, misuse, normal wear and tear, or work done by anyone other than DJ Products.
DJ Products does not publish a warranty length for the PartsCaddy. Ask us when you request your quote and we will confirm the term in writing before you order.
Built to order machines are not returnable once production starts, which is why a sales engineer reviews your load and your site before anything is built.
If the unit arrives damaged, photograph it before you sign for it and call us the same day so the freight claim can be filed.

I needed a mobility scooter that was auto-folding, but not overly engineered where problems can arise, was not too heavy to lift by myself, would easily fit in the trunk of my car, and not be overly expensive. Wishful thinking I thought. Until I discovered the MOJO on my computer. This scooter ticked all my boxes, and more. It is comfortable, well built, is easy to charge the batteries without having to bend down to remove them, and even if you do want to remove them they are accessible from the standing position. the tiller is fully adjustable as are the arm rests, the folding/unfolding functions are easily initiated, and the axle release is easily achieved. A well engineered piece of kit. Now, for the customer service: I can honestly say that I have never come across anything like it; it is absolutely perfect. The gentleman I dealt with 'bent over backwards' to help me without pressuring me into a purchase, and to ensure I was buying a scooter that was right for me. Because I live in New Zealand I knew I was creating a lot more work for him, but he never complained. This and my MOJO are very much appreciated. I am very thankful for the day I first saw the MOJO on the internet. I I now own my very own MOJO.

Found the type of Scooter. I wanted to buy online not everyone has the kind of scooter. I have . Talked to Raphael Perlmann about the scooter I wanted. I was a little hesitant at first because they were from Florida. After talking to Raphael I felt a much more comfortable about the idea of having a scooter shipped all across the country am in Seattle WA. The scooter arrived,in shipping and had a torn seat. This company Listen's They are very professional, they listen to what you would like to have, and they may make suggestions, but the decisions are up to you. The person I talked with was very professional. He knew what products I may like, but in the end it was my choice of what to buy, or not buy. I bought a mobility scooter for my upcoming vacation. I needed something to take me over grass.
