A walk behind electric cart pusher that moves wheeled carts and equipment up to 7,000 lb, or up to 10,000 lb with the high output motor package. It hooks to the side of a cart in seconds, so you never install tow arms on your fleet.
The CartCaddy5WP comes standard with a 36v system (3 - 12v batteries) designed to give the operator 4-8 hours of run time, depending on the load conditions the unit is handling.
This unit has a variable speed twist grip to move forward and reverse going 0-3 mph. The ergonomically correct variable speed feature prevents carpal tunnel and allows the operator to maintain smooth control while intricately maneuvering the load. The CartCaddy5WP's ability to go 3 mph allows the machine to keep up with the operator without frustration from waiting for a slow machine when operating the mover from point A to B throughout your facility.
The safety stop switch positioned at the back of the handlebar box immediately kills the power, and the machine comes to a rolling stop (about 2 ft.) to prevent any possible injury from operating the device. This feature is a must when buying any piece of cart pulling equipment.
Every DJ Products unit is built to order for the load it has to move, so the right drive package, attachment and battery depend on your application. Tell us the weight, the surface and the incline and we will quote the correct build.

Rated capacities are estimates. Real performance changes with the surface, the load, the wheels on the load and the incline, so a DJ Products sales engineer confirms the unit and the power package for your site before it is built.
The CartCaddy5W is designed for maneuvering wheeled equipment and other carts with 2 swivel front casters and 2 straight/fixed-position back wheels. This unit latches onto the side of the cart that has swivel wheels using a custom steel attachment designed by our in-house engineers. This attachment connects to an electric lift kit that can lower or raise the attachment. Benefits of this connection method. It provides quick and easy process for hooking up to and unhooking from any cart, and it allows the weight to be transferred from the cart to the CartCaddy5WP drive tires for some additional traction when the loads are heavy. The average cart weight range for the 5WP is 0 - 7,000 lbs. Heavy or light, large or small, our caddies can move them all! With our heavy duty upgrade, this unit can move up to 10,000 lbs.

Need something that is not on this list. DJ Products builds custom attachments, beds and shelving in house, so send us a photo of what you move and we will price it.
The CartCaddy5W is built to order, so it is not a stock item. DJ Products asks you to allow 3 to 6 weeks for production, then transit time on top of that depending on how far you are from their Minnesota plant.
Custom attachments, custom decks and special paint can add to that window. Your written quote carries the build time we can commit to for your unit.
Units ship by freight carrier to the 48 contiguous states. Alaska and Hawaii cost extra. Machines are crated and most sites need a dock or a forklift to receive them, so tell us if you have neither and we will price the delivery accordingly.
DJ Products gives a limited warranty covering defects in material and workmanship from the date of delivery. They repair or replace anything that proves defective inside the warranty period.
The warranty does not cover carrier damage, accident, misuse, normal wear and tear, or work done by anyone other than DJ Products.
DJ Products does not publish a warranty length for the CartCaddy5W. Ask us when you request your quote and we will confirm the term in writing before you order.
Built to order machines are not returnable once production starts, which is why a sales engineer reviews your load and your site before anything is built.
If the unit arrives damaged, photograph it before you sign for it and call us the same day so the freight claim can be filed.

I needed a mobility scooter that was auto-folding, but not overly engineered where problems can arise, was not too heavy to lift by myself, would easily fit in the trunk of my car, and not be overly expensive. Wishful thinking I thought. Until I discovered the MOJO on my computer. This scooter ticked all my boxes, and more. It is comfortable, well built, is easy to charge the batteries without having to bend down to remove them, and even if you do want to remove them they are accessible from the standing position. the tiller is fully adjustable as are the arm rests, the folding/unfolding functions are easily initiated, and the axle release is easily achieved. A well engineered piece of kit. Now, for the customer service: I can honestly say that I have never come across anything like it; it is absolutely perfect. The gentleman I dealt with 'bent over backwards' to help me without pressuring me into a purchase, and to ensure I was buying a scooter that was right for me. Because I live in New Zealand I knew I was creating a lot more work for him, but he never complained. This and my MOJO are very much appreciated. Found the type of Scooter. I wanted to buy online not everyone has the kind of scooter. I have . Talked to Raphael Perlmann about the scooter I wanted. I was a little hesitant at first because they were from Florida. The person I talked with was very professional. He knew what products I may like, but in the end it was my choice of what to buy, or not buy.
